Materials used for evaporation sources such as boats, coils or crucibles must show a good electrical conductivity, a high melting point and a low evaporation pressure. PLANSEE offers evaporation boats made of various materials which cover a wide range of applications.

• Molybdenum 0,3% Lanthan (ML): do have multiple life-time for many applications than pure Mo
• Molybdenum Yttriumoxide (MY): do have multiple life-time for many applications than pure Mo
• Tantalum
