Organizational change at PLANSEE AG [01/09/2005]
On September 1st 2005, the PLANSEE Metall GmbH located in Reutte was founded, a move in recognition of PLANSEE’s strategy of focusing and optimizing the business.
The newly established company will be responsible for the development, production and sales of refractory metal products in Reutte.
The service departments and the technology center will remain part of PLANSEE Aktiengesellschaft, which will change its legal form to PLANSEE GmbH on October 1st 2005.
The contact persons of the PLANSEE customers in the regional sales subsidiaries will remain the same.
