STC certified to aerospace standards AS 9100 [22/12/2005]
 The aerospace industry in its continuous effort to improve quality has developed the first international quality management standard specifically for the industry. It has been published in Europe as EN 9100, in the United States as AS 9100 and in the Far East as SJAC 9100. The document represents impressive efforts by the aerospace industry to produce a single standard for use across the global aerospace community. |
In May 2005, Schwarzkopf Technologies LLC was asked to implement this new standard to solidify its relationship with their Aerospace Customers. The new standard was achieved in less than 6 months and will allow STC to intensify business activities in Aerospace and Defense Applications previously unavailable with ISO 9001 / 2000 certification only.
