The show will feature approximately 500 exhibiting companies occupying approximately 1,100 booths, showcasing the latest equipment, materials and services for the production of 300 mm silicon wafers, nanotechnology devices and FPD products.

Our focus will be JAPAN VACS METALS and PLANSEE’s product range for the semiconductor industry. On display will be ion implanter parts and spare parts for the MBE and MOCVD process. As the show is related to FPD as well, sputter targets will be also presented.
