Change of PLANSEE GmbH to PLANSEE SE [21/02/2006]
PLANSEE SE is the management holding of the division High Performance Materials of the PLANSEE Group. In addition PLANSEE SE is – as PLANSEE GmbH used to be – the legal frame for the Central Service Departments as well as for the Technology Center.
The purpose of this organizational change is to harmonize the corporate governance of the three divisions of the PLANSEE group (PLANSEE High Performance Materials, CERATIZIT and PMG).
The contact persons for customers as well as suppliers will remain the same also after the change.
