SEMICON China 2006 [07/03/2006]
PLANSEE will exhibit at SEMICON China 2006 in Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) Shanghai, China from 21st to 23rd March 2006.
The focus will be the JAPAN VACS METALS’s and PLANSEE’s products for semiconductor industry, such as ion implanter source parts as well as spare parts for the MBE and MOCVD process.
Over 27,500 visitors from the Chinese semiconductor industry will attend the show. This makes of the SEMICON China 2006 a vital link to this rapidly expanding market.
