Meet our PVD Coating Team at the SVC in Chicago!
[27/01/2011]
PLANSEE will present its sputtering targets for hard coating and photovoltaics at the SVC Technical Conference in Chicago April 16-21, 2011.
Our product portfolio for hard coating includes all typical OEM target dimensions in many compositions such as TiAl, Ti, TiSi, Cr, TiB2, binder free WC and ceramics. The materials are characterized by their high oxidation resistance, tailored tribological behaviour and outstanding wear resistance. Latest developments in hard coatings for cutting tools show that PLANSEE advanced ceramic materials provide unique properties and outstanding coating benefits.
For CIGS and CdTe solar cell applications, PLANSEE offers sputtering targets made of molybdenum, MoNa, chromium and copper alloys. Monolithic rotary sputtering targets made of molybdenum provide maximum material utilization and contribute to a faster sputtering process.
Interested? Drop by at our booth at the SVC. Our PVD Coating Team is looking forward to meeting you in Chicago. If you want to make an appointment in advance, please contact Ms. Iris Heibel: iris.heibel@plansee.com
