Sputtering targets for the production of touch panels.
Type, drag, wipe. The tactile sensors used in touch panels have to do a lot. Which is why it is good if the employed material is not only electrically conductive but is also resistant to wind, weather, and perspiration from the user's hand.
Thanks to its excellent adherence to glass and high level of electrical conductivity, molybdenum has become established as a material for the electrode layers used in thin-film transistors for TFT-LCD screens. However, molybdenum is also used in capacitative touch panels with on-cell or in-cell sensors. Our customers use molybdenum to produce the wiring that connects to the ITO sensor .
In addition to electrical conductivity, are you also looking for optimum protection against corrosion? Then we can recommend our corrosion-resistant alloys molybdenum-tantalum (MoTa) and molybdenum-niobium (MoNb).
Choose your material.
Many of our customers use pure molybdenum, MoNb or MoTa for their contact layers. Do you manufacture three-part Mo-Al-Mo or Mo-Cu-Mo contact layers? We also have just the right sputtering targets for these structures.
5-star quality.
And when it comes to purity, you can again have complete confidence in our products. We handle every stage in the manufacture of our sputtering targets in-house. From the metal powder through to the finished target. We guarantee that our targets have a purity of at least 99.97 % .
