Plansee Shanghai wins the China 2024 DEI Employer® Award
Plansee Shanghai has won the prestigious "2024 DEI Employer® Award" from the Employer Branding Institute in China, ranking 36th in the list of the top 100 Chinese DEI employers. As a leading name in the field of high performance materials, Plansee stands apart not only thanks to technological innovation and excellent service, but also due to its strong corporate culture that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).
Plansee Shanghai has established its own DEI committee, whose task it is to raise employee awareness of the importance of DEI. This committee serves as an ambassador for spreading the DEI culture and ensures that these values are deeply embedded in the company.
