Nearly 300 companies signed up to take part in the competition, with 125 of these making it to the selection stage. Awards were presented to 70 companies following a selection procedure lasting 180 days.

Plansee Shanghai Wins "2024 Asia Best Workplace Award"
On October 18, 2024, Plansee Shanghai was honored to receive the award for Asia's best workplace in the "Healthiest Employees" category. This award was presented jointly by AIA Insurance, Peking University School of Public Health, and HRflag in recognition of companies that have made outstanding contributions toward creating a healthy, harmonious working environment.
Since its founding, Plansee Shanghai has endeavored to create a safe and healthy working environment while establishing a positive work/life balance. These efforts include initiatives such as talks on mental health, comprehensive health checks, and various activities that are promoted within the company. Plansee Shanghai also prioritizes professional development and personal growth for its entire team of employees.
Richard Cheung, Managing Director at Plansee Shanghai, stresses that this award isn't just recognition of the company's longstanding efforts to promote employee health, but also represents an acknowledgment of the company's culture as a whole. The company is also planning to take further steps aimed at boosting employee well-being.
