Plansee at PSE 2024 in Erfurt
The 19th International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering was held in Erfurt, Germany from September 2–5. The conference provided an opportunity to present the latest progress in the research and development of plasma technology and surface engineering, as well as the potential applications for industry.
Austria in the spotlight
In addition to the special topics, this years conference focused on Austrian companies and experts. Plansee represented its portfolio of targets for PVD applications during a country session and the industrial exhibition on Tuesday, September 3rd.

The conference topics of PSE 2024 focused on plasma and ion sources, process technologies, and applications and simulations in plasma technology. Interesting discussions took place in the two workshops "Plasma surface engineering enables sustainability" and "Hydrogen technologies".
