Our hard coating team at the ICMCTF in San Diego.

Plansee sputtering targets for hard coating are on show from 23 – 27 April, 2012 at the International Conference on Metallurgical Coatings and Thin Films (ICMCTF) in San Diego (CA/USA).

In addition to pure metals, we have targets made of numerous ceramic and metallic composite materials such as titanium aluminum (TiAl), aluminum-chromium (AlCr), titanium-silicon (TiSi), titanium-diboride (TiB2) or binder-free tungsten carbide for you in our selection.

One of our product highlights:

Targets made of titanium-aluminum impress with their high ductility, special material purity, excellent thermal conductivity and microstructure. They provide for, among other things, hard and oxidation-resistant coatings for drills, milling machines and other tools. Shall it be a bit more? We gladly perfect our titanium-aluminum mixture with other elements such as niobium, tantalum, molybdenum or tungsten. The shape, size and material composition of our targets can be made completely in accordance with your application.

Curious? Simply stop by – our experts will gladly tell you more about our coating materials.

We look forward to your visit:
