Everyone who has taken part in the expat program talks passionately about the experience, the professional opportunities, and the personal development offered by life in a global metropolis.

One colleague who took this unique career step at Plansee Shanghai was Dr. Hendrik Hotz. A year after joining the company in Reutte, he opted to take part in the expat program at our Chinese plant. For him it was absolutely the right decision:

"You only grow as a person if you step outside your comfort zone and challenge your own boundaries. Working at Plansee in Shanghai is a huge opportunity, in which I experienced a great deal – both professionally and in my private life."
